For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to our employees, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you.
We engage qualified third party service providers to assist us with preparation of some tax returns and other related support services. Some of these services are provided in our office and some work may be done at remote locations. We have taken appropriate procedures to ensure that all data remains confidential and secure at all times no matter where processing may be incurred. We remain responsible for supervision of all service providers.
