Ron Loberfeld, CPA, managing partner of ALL CPAs, recent article “Bench Strength: What Accounting Firms Need to Succeed at Succession” was published by the National Society of Accountants in their Main Street Practitioner Magazine.
The article focuses on what CPA firms need to do to develop the next generation of leaders within their firms to prepare successfully for succession. Steps such as “Create a Clear Path to Leadership” and “Codify Succession, Leadership Expectations and Performance Standards” are explored and outlined in the article.
