1. Hi Lily, can you tell us a little about yourself? Where did you grow up and attend school?

I’m a senior at Suffolk University, like the rest of the interns*. I was born and raised in Boston.

(Editor’s note: We are lucky enough to have three fantastic interns from Suffolk University this year, which I have nicknamed “the Suffolk Big Three” after the Celtics stars.)

2. Outside of the workplace, what are some of your hobbies or passions?

I love hiking, traveling, and exploring new places. I like getting lost so I can explore new places and sceneries. I also enjoy cooking, but not during the school year because it feels like a chore.

3. What has it been like being a student during the Pandemic?

It’s been about a year, and honestly, I strongly dislike it. It’s harder to keep up with assignments because we are all stuck in front of a screen for school and/or work. It’s tough.

4. If not accounting, what’s another career could you see yourself pursuing?

I’ve thought about pursuing personal training or photography. They are both something I would still consider doing, maybe as a hobby.
