We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin M. Kelley, CPA, MST as a Director of the firm.
Formerly a Tax Manager at ALL, Kristin has over eighteen years of experience addressing the accounting and tax needs of individuals and privately held businesses. She assists and advises ALL’s clients on varying and complex tax issues, with a focus on individual, corporate, trust and estate taxes. Prior to joining ALL in 2003, Kristin worked with Arthur Andersen LLP, Boston, as a member of their Private Client Services Group, and with KPMG LLP, Boston as an Estate Tax Accountant. She holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation degrees from Bentley University, MA.
Kristin’s professional memberships include the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She regularly presents on current tax law topics for professional services groups and organizations as well as annually co-presenting at ALL’s year-end tax seminar.
