Ron Loberfeld, CPA and Jen Sieczkowski, of the Chestnut Hill-based ALL CPAs, will be speakers at the New England Practice Management Conference at Mohegan Sun Conference Center & Casino, Nov. 28-30. The conference will be presented by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Loberfeld, who is the managing partner at the full-service tax and accounting firm, will be leading a session entitled “To Merge or Not to Merge: The Important Questions We Must Ask.” The talk will focus on mergers & acquisitions for accounting firms and what firms need to do for a successful merger.
Jen Sieczkowski, senior manager at ALL CPAs, will be a speaker for the educational session entitled “Adding Value through Outsourcing”. Sieczkowski, will address outsourcing as a viable business strategy for accounting firms and discuss the utilization of outsourced services from and how it can increase a firm’s ability to add value. ALL CPAs is a member of MSCPA and recently named a Top 400 CPA firm in the country by Inside Public Accounting.
