Ron Loberfeld, CPA, managing partner of ALL CPAs, recent article “Bench Strength: What Accounting Firms Need to Succeed at Succession” was published by the National Society of Accountants in their Main Street Practitioner Magazine.
The article focuses on what CPA firms need to do to develop the next generation of leaders within their firms to prepare successfully for succession. Steps such as “Create a Clear Path to Leadership” and “Codify Succession, Leadership Expectations and Performance Standards” are explored and outlined in the article.
In addition to Ron’s role as managing partner, he is also an accomplished public speaker, panelist, and facilitator, Ron provides senior level management consulting, strategic succession planning, and coaching/advisory services to professional service firms across New England and the USA. He regularly addresses succession challenges and concerns for CPA and professional service audiences at national and regional level conferences, firm retreats, MAP (Management of an Accounting Practice) and roundtable forums.
